INCOM 2021 will be organized using a virtual platform that has a web and a mobile interface, also. The web app can be opened and the mobile app can be downloaded* using the above buttons. Only registered conference attendees can log in the conference web and mobile app through the email address that was given in the registration page. This means, for a person registering multiple papers with one email address, only one account will be created.
During the conference, sessions will be managed by two persons:
1. A session chair, whose role is to introduce presenters and manage the Q&A part,
2. A virtual app moderator, who is responsible for the technical background of the session. The moderator will select the speakers to be able to present after the session chair introduced them.
For speakers, an email will be sent with a link to the speaker dashboard that should be used for uploading presentations and presenting during the conference. A User Guide was created to help speakers use the dashboard. Useful tips for presenters can be found here.
We strongly recommend using Google Chrome for the web app to make sure all functions work properly.
