Registration

Deadline for authors: 30th April 2021

IMPORTANT

For each Accepted Paper one author must register, pay the registration fee and  present the paper at the virtual conference. The registration fee covers one accepted paper. Speakers presenting multiple papers may pay an extra paper fee for each extra paper.

Registration deadline for authors: 30th April 2021 (without registration by the deadline the paper will not be included in the conference program and will not be published in IFAC PapersOnline). 

Acknowledgement of registration will be sent after receiving your payment.

Cancellation of registration must be submitted by writing an email to incom2021@congress.hu.

According to the Hungarian tax regulations in force, 27% VAT should be paid for those who are not in possession of a European VAT No. or any VAT Number from the non-EU countries. Please provide your VAT number during registration to avoid extra charges. For all other participants, including Hungarian residents, the given net fee + 27% VAT must be charged.

To request a pro forma invoice, please send this document filled out to incom2021@congress.hu.

Young Author Support

The IFAC Foundation invites young authors who are giving papers at the IFAC INCOM 2021 Symposium to apply for Developing Countries –Young Author Support consisting of waive of registration fees.
